If you decide to go ahead with our quote, once finalised, our delivery team can install the equipment along with one of our fully trained network engineers who will get the machine linked up and have you using all the available functions in next to no time at all. We make sure all your staff are completely happy with using machine by giving a straight forward demonstration on how to use the machine.
We would love for our machines to have a completely trouble free life but sometimes things do go wrong. That’s where our expert engineers step in. Whether it be anything from a paper jam or just a bit of advice required, give us a call. If we can’t solve the issue over the phone we will make a visit to site within 4 hours (average 2.5 hours). Our service contracts include all toners, parts, call-outs, network cover and telephone assistance.
