Our engineers have spent many years working and training on various machines from manufacturers such as Olivetti, Konica, Develop, Ricoh, Xerox and Kyocera.

We understand how critical it can be to have your printer up and running as soon as possible. That’s why we have a standard call-out of 4 hours (average 2.5hrs) so that you can have peace of mind that you won’t be left without a printer when you need it the most.

Unlike some other companies, we like to make sure that we get you up and running properly by doing a full service and clean of the machine each time we make a visit. This helps to prevent any unnecessary service calls and also makes sure your machines stay in top condition throughout their lifetime.
